The explanations provided in the Information Text regarding your “Personal Data” also cover your “Special Category Personal Data”.

This information text is intended to inform you in the most transparent manner possible about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, the duration of data processing, and your rights as listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. As an institution, in order to fulfill our obligations and provide better service, and within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the KVKK, the Private Education Institutions Law No. 5580, the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, and other relevant legislation; we collect and process your personal data (such as identity information, contact information, educational status, professional information) in accordance with the aforementioned laws to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and legal obligations.
4. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:
The personal data held and collected by our Institution will be processed in accordance with your explicit consent or the processing instructions stipulated in the legislation to which our Institution is subject, the fulfillment of our mutual obligations within the framework of the contracts you have concluded with the Institution, the necessity of data processing for the establishment or protection of a right belonging to the Institution, the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the Institution, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, or the fulfillment of the Institution’s legal obligations, Personal Data Processing Inventory and Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy, and provided that it is not used for purposes and within the scope specified therein, and provided that information security measures are applied, and again for the same purposes, HIZ GRUP KURUMSAL DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, under the umbrella of which Hız Yayımcılık A.Ş., İrrasyonel Publishing Inc., 5 Yıldız Publications Inc., 5 Yıldız Educational Institutions, Speed Up Publishing Inc., Uzman Publishing Inc., Derslig Inc., Ledugo Inc., BYD Education Inc., Hız Construction Inc., and Cedrus Global Foreign Trade Inc. are shared with the Institution’s business partners in operationally necessary situations in accordance with the provisions of the Law. Your personal data is processed and stored by the Institution in accordance with the legislation and commercial practices and taking into account the legal limitation periods. Your relevant personal data will be processed by the Institution during and after your employment period, for the duration required by commercial practices and legal limitation periods, and will subsequently be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Institution’s destruction policy.
5. Principles for Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 4 of the relevant law;

- Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date,
- Processed for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes,
- Processed in a manner that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
- Processed for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed or as required by applicable legislation.
All personal information belonging to individuals who have a relationship with our institution within the scope of the KVKK is protected in accordance with the procedure. Your personal data that you have communicated to us or that we have obtained is not used for purposes other than those for which it was obtained, without your explicit consent or the existence of any of the exceptional cases listed in Article 5 of the KVKK, and that all necessary administrative and technical measures have been taken to ensure an appropriate level of security in this regard.
6. Conditions for Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 5 of the relevant law. Personal data cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the individual, except in the following cases:
Where expressly provided for by law,
It is necessary to protect the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to express their consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid,
It is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the contract and the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary,
It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
It has been made public by the data subject,
Where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims,
Where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that such processing does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
As stated in Article 6 of the relevant law, special category personal data shall not be processed without the explicit consent of the data subject.
7. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Personal data cannot be transferred without the explicit consent of the data subject; however, in cases where personal data may be processed without the explicit consent of the data subject as specified in Article 5 of the law, it may be transferred within the country provided that the sufficient safeguards specified in the law are taken.
Our institution’s website may contain links to other websites, and we have no influence over whether these websites comply with the law, nor do we have any authority over their content.
8. Deletion of Your Personal Data
Even if your personal data has been processed in accordance with our personal data policy and the principles specified in the law, if the reasons for processing it no longer exist, the personal data may be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by the data controller, either ex officio or at the request of the relevant person.

- Request compensation for damages incurred due to processing in violation of the Law.
